1. Scope of service This document governs the conditions applicable to the booking of photographic services provided by the photographer, including sessions, photo shoots, and events, as agreed at the time of booking. 2. Booking and confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once the client has: Selected the service and date, Explicitly accepted these terms and conditions, Received availability confirmation from the photographer. In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure the date. 3. Pricing and payment Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include the services specified for each package. Additional services, special travel, or extra hours not included will be quoted separately. Any deposit paid is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the photographer. 4. Cancellations and rescheduling The client may request a date change at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date may result in the loss of the deposit. In cases of duly justified force majeure, both parties will attempt to reschedule. 5. Delivery of images The estimated delivery time will be communicated after the session and may vary depending on workload and service type. Images will be delivered edited according to the photographer’s professional style. RAW files are not provided unless explicitly agreed. 6. Use of images The client may use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. The photographer reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio), unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 7. Liability The photographer shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control (weather conditions, client delays, venue restrictions, etc.). In the event of a serious technical failure preventing the service from being delivered, liability shall be limited to the refund of amounts paid. 8. Data protection Personal data provided by the client will be used solely for booking management and service delivery, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. 9. File Storage Policy Viktor Cook Originals will retain original files and project backups for a period of 3 months following the final delivery of the contracted materials. After this period, files may be permanently removed from our storage systems without prior notice. If a client requests previously delivered files, galleries, or materials after the 3-month storage period, and such files remain available, a file retrieval and management fee of MXN $800 or the equivalent amount in the client's local currency at the time of the request will apply. Booking any service implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
